Please note, most new clients will need to pay in advance of the walks. Walks will then be invoiced at the end of the month and any that have been paid and did not happen due to you cancelling will be credited to your client account.

  • Refunds can be made but will be subject to an administration charge due to bank fees.

  • Please see your client portal or invoice for details of how to pay.
