Our Next Break

• We can walk your dog over the period when we are closed.  Prior notice is required.  Please note, the last bookings or cancellations for walks over this period is Midday of the day before we close.  No walks will be booked in if you do not receive a confirmation​

• I have regular repeat bookings, will they be done?  We do not do repeat bookings when we are closed for a break or over the bank holidays.  If you have a regular repeat, please contact your team leader if you require a walk over this period.

• Does it cost the same as regular walks? Any walks on Bank Holidays and  BH weekends will be charged at double time.  Any walks covered over our break will be charged as a solo rate unless we have other dogs requiring walking near you at the same time, then we will charge for a premium group walk as generally charged on that day.

• ​Do you walk on Christmas day? It depends who has plans over Christmas.  If you require a Christmas walk, please get in touch, but do remember, your dog walker will probably have Christmas celebrations too.

• I have booked a walk over the break period, but now do not need it, can I cancel it? It depends when you want to cancel.  Any walks can be cancelled until midday of the day before we close.  After this, any walks cancelled must be paid for.

• Can I change the walk I booked over the break? It depends when you want to change the walk.  Any walks can be changed until midday of the day before we close, subject to availability.  After this, any walks cancelled must be paid for and we can not move the walk as admin will be on holiday.

• Do you do home boarding over the breaks? We do provide home boarding over the breaks, but do get in early as spaces are limited and they are very popular.  We do have a three day minimum stay at weekends and a four day minimum stay over bank holidays.
