Booking Fee
What is the booking fee for?
We charge a non refundable booking fee to reserve a place.
You have 7 days after the Quote is sent out to reserve the place. Please note, after this time the place will be offered to the next person in the que as we have very limited places and a great demand for advance bookings.
The booking fee is none refundable and a cancellation fee may be added to cover all our expenses.
Due to the nature of our business, the later the cancellation, the less chance we have of filling the place. Most of our clients want the same days, and if we can not provide them they book elsewhere as they are aware that demand is high. As we only take bookings for walking clients, if we get a late cancellation, there is a high chance that place will not get filled as most of our clients arrange their care months in advance.
As the booking fee is our only source of income and we have many overheads to cover, we do rely on the booking fees. We have to pay for the administration team, the training, the council licence, the insurance, the HR company, the telephones, and the website to name a few, so if places can not be filled, we have no income.
