Information for our clients regarding our team and the TLC Family Jan 2021

Please note, this is information for you regarding COVID-19 for our TLC Family clients current as of January 2021.

As we work as a team to prepare for the impact of COVID-19, I wanted to share how TLC Dog Walking are addressing the current situation and the proactive steps we are taking to minimise any negative repercussions to our family. We are still walking dogs when possible.

Please ensure that you details on the PSP details are upto date and you have filled in the Covid-19 data or we may not be able to walk your dog due to insurance implications. If you can not fill this in for whatever reason, please let me know.

The safety of our TLC Family are our primary concern. There are a number of measures we’re taking to ensure we manage to safely get through this situation while continuing to serve our TLC Family as effectively as possible. If you require walks, please contact your TLC team leader as normal on the regular team email or through the PSP. Unfortunately we may have some team members off who are self-isolating so places are limited. Please let us know how urgent your requirement is. As some of our team are driving much further than normal to ensure as many of our dogs are walked as possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you could give them some extra petrol money, this is not compulsory, but the gesture would be greatly appreciated.

Wherever possible, please can all our dogs be outside waiting for us upon arrival. We will call you when we are arriving. Social distancing is key to us all keeping as healthy as possible. If possible, please leave us some hand sanitiser min 60% alcohol outside so that we can sanitise on collection and drop off. If we can not collect the dogs outside, please ensure you sanitise all door handles on both sides that we will need to use and that we have easy access to a sink with warm water and soap so we can wash our hand on collection and drop off. Please let us know if you are self isolating. If you think there is any risk you have Covid-19, please ensure you are not in the room when we arrive if it is not possible to have the dogs outside. Company policy is that we must stand a minimum of 6 foot away from someone who has no symptoms and not be in a room with someone who has symptoms.

Please note, our TLC office hours are between 8am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

All emails, bookings and cancellations will be dealt with between these hours. Any emails received Mon-Thu after 3pm will be dealt with the following morning. Any emails received after 3pm on a Friday will be dealt with the following Monday morning.
