Payment Policy

All walks must be paid for.

Payment Information

You can pay for the walks by cash, bank transfer, stripe or paypal. Please ensure the payment is made by the date on the invoice. All walks must be paid for if requested. All cancellations must be made by 9am or the walk will need to be paid for. Please ensure you cancel a repeat booking if you have a holiday.


  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you have paid for your walks.

  • If you have not been invoiced, please ask for one.

  • Once the invoice has been sent, you can see what is due on your client portal.

  • Walks must be cancelled by 9am or payment will be due.

  • We reserve the right to charge interest on late payment and an administration fee

  • Any over payment will be credited to the account for further walks. Refunds can be made but will be subject to an administration fee due to bank charges.
